🛌 Turning my dream into reality Part Five... We'd made the decision to "jump" with both feet and head to Radstadt in Austria for three months but that was the easy bit!How on earth were we going to do it all❓I needed a trusted spreadsheet to help me (well who doesn't love one to help you plan?)✅ We needed to sort out our work arrangements.✅ I needed a new car as we only had a small electric car.✅ The car would need winter tyres and a roof box for kit and ski's plus snow chains.✅ What documents would we need, were they all up to date?✅ Pet Insurance, Animal Health Certificate, Rabies jab.✅ Car Insurance, Travel Insurance, Breakdown Insurance, House Insurance?✅ Road Tolls.✅ Ferry tickets.✅ Travel Accommodation.✅ Food and kitchen necessities.📋 The list went on and on...🤯 So much to research and so much to buy, the spreadsheet was massive but was so helpful as a planning tool.🗓️ The months passed by and we worked through the list. All of a sudden it was December 2022 and it was just a few weeks till we were due to leave. Work was exceptionally busy and I finished 22nd of December with Xmas to get out the way and our ferry departing 8th January.
