It’s small tweaks for the pioneering small SUV, with improved tech, more power and a coat of fresh new paint

- New N-Sport trim level
- Upgraded interior tech
- Return of bold yellow paint option
This is the facelifted Nissan Juke, a lightly refreshed version of one of the UK’s favourite small SUVs. The current generation of Juke appeared five years ago and continues to sell in strong numbers for the Japanese manufacturer, and this mid-life facelift brings some welcome changes, including refreshed interior tech, a new N-Sport trim level, and that bold yellow paintwork. The new Juke will be up against other big sellers when it comes to the UK later this year, including the Ford Puma and Renault Captur.
What’s new for the 2024 Nissan Juke?
Externally the Juke remains unchanged, aside from that vibrant hue of yellow. A new N-Sport trim level adds a splash of black to the Juke’s exterior, from the wing mirrors to the grille, wheels, wheel arches and the roof. The Juke has always been a striking car, and the new bee-themed paint scheme will certainly help it to stand out in the UK’s sea of monotone SUVs. Yellow not your style? Nissan has also added new Pearl White and Pearl Black paint colours to the Juke’s existing palette.
Inside is where you’ll find the biggest differences from the outgoing model. A new 12.3-inch infotainment screen sits above a pair of redesigned air-conditioning vents, while another 12.3-inch display replaces the driver’s analogue gauges on all Jukes bar entry-level models. Nissan claims the new infotainment home screen is more intuitive to use and can be controlled through an improved voice control system. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are available as an option, too.
If you opt for the N-Sport model with yellow paintwork, the same colour appears on the inside, with matching trim pieces and stitching. There are yellow Alcantara inserts for the seats, along with embossed ‘Juke’ logos. Lower-spec models get vinyl seat upholstery, as well as an electronic handbrake to replace the manual one of old.
There’s some new tech, too, including a standard-fit reversing camera with better picture quality, an optional 360-degree parking camera, lane keeping assistance and wireless phone charging.
What are the engine options for the 2024 Nissan Juke?
The new Juke gets the same choice of two engines for 2024. The 1.0-litre three-cylinder petrol engine produces the same 112bhp and can be ordered with either a six-speed manual or a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox.

Alternatively, buyers can opt for the Juke Hybrid, which combines a 93bhp petrol engine with a 48bhp electric motor. The self-charging hybrid system combines to output 141bhp, a step up from the 112bhp of the outgoing Juke Hybrid. This model is exclusively available with the automatic gearbox.
How much will the 2024 Nissan Juke cost and when can I order one?
There’s no official word on pricing yet, but we expect a marginal increase over the outgoing Juke’s starting price of roughly £21,000. The facelifted model is likely to see the model through until the end of the decade, when it will be replaced by an all-new electric model.
